In order to preserve the sense of harmony and tranquility within our lovely salon, our stylists work to a precise schedule. Therefore, we kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment on time. Please phone the salon to advise of any problem that occurs resulting in delays. Should you be more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rearranged.

All clients are entitled to a complimentary 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs and to assess any constraints that may make a service unsuitable. Should you wish for extra time, please let us know upon booking your appointment.

Should you need to bring a guest with you, please notify us prior to your appointment so we are able to ensure our relaxing waiting area is available and social distancing guidelines can be adhered to.



All online bookings require a 20% deposit along with new clients wanting to book a service of 2 hours or more. Any clients that have previously failed to attend an appointment or have had more than two late cancellations, will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure their booking. Deposits can be paid via telephone or in the salon. 



We require 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations. Any cancellations after this point will result in a 20% charge of the booked appointment, which will have to be paid before any further appointments are booked. If a deposit has been made this will be used towards the cancellation charge.

 

At Élan we believe in total transparency and so with this in mind, we would like to let you know that our prices have slightly increased across the board. Our company is entering its’ third year in business and so far our prices have remained the same since opening. Unfortunately, in line with inflation, supplier price increases and added PPE and Procedures that need to be in place for covid-19, a slight increase is needed. We feel this will ensure we are still able to offer the very best service and products to our wonderful clients. If you have any queries regarding your next bill please do not hesitate to contact us. Since returning to work all necessary procedures have been put in place to ensure our clients are able to enjoy a safe service. To stop the spread and protect our staff, we politely ask that you notify us immediately and do not attend your appointment should find yourself with any of the covid-19 symptoms.

To follow social distancing guidelines, we ask that you please wait outside until invited into the salon. Upon entering the salon please wear a mask and use the sanitiser provided.

Our stylists will be wearing a mask and visor at all times and all clients must wear a mask throughout their service. 

Refreshments are still available but will be provided in a recycled and biodegradable, disposable cup. 

Books and Magazines are no longer available, however please feel free to bring your own along. 

We kindly ask that you hang up your own coat and belongings, again to eliminate the spread of any infection
